Integration

Illustration The Encode Briefing System can be integrated with your existing ERP system so that product texts, product numbers, prices, etc. only need to be updated in one place – either in Encode or in the ERP system. This saves time and minimises the possibility of error in the final catalogue, as the same system handles cash register prices and shelf front edges as well as the prices in the layouted catalogue.

External image databases can also be used if you already have an image system to be included in the workflow. Naturally, it is possible to use Encode as an image database and thus fully exploit the built-in flexibility of the system.

Encode has experience integrating a number of different ERP systems and image bank systems; e.g. SAP, Oracle, Navision, Xinet, Cumulus, etc.
